He is responsible for global operations and coordination of strategic relationships with international partners and centres of excellence. Prof Madu, a successful healthcare entrepreneur, is a co-founder of International Healthcare Services ltd (IHS), HELLO DOCTOR Ltd and the Heart Institute of the Caribbean, Jamaica, as well as sits on the board of several companies. He lectures extensively around the world on innovative healthcare solutions, healthcare technology transfer and strategic applications.

Dr. Dainia Baugh is the President and CEO of the Heart Institute of the Caribbean Jamaica and also the director for Corporate Affairs, Governance and Compliance. She serves as the chief compliance and Quality Officer for DOCS ensuring that all protocols meet internationally accepted standards of quality. She is well versed in regulatory compliance and accreditations. Dr Baugh served as an assistant professor of medicine, Vanderbilt prior to becoming the medical Director of Nashville Internal Medicine Associates. She previously also held the position of medical director of the PHV at Vanderbilt Hospital
